Gold Gini operates as a marketplace-based dropshipping platform. Vendors list and manage their products, customers place orders through the platform, vendors pack the products, and Gold Gini handles logistics pickup, transportation, and final delivery to customers.

Vendors are responsible for:

• Proper product packaging
• Timely order dispatch
• Ensuring dispatch within the 12 PM to 12 PM (12-hour) timeline defined by the platform

Any delay beyond this timeline may be treated as an account breach and can negatively impact vendor account health and performance score.

Vendors must ensure:

• Secure and damage-free packaging
• Accurate shipping labels as per platform guidelines
• Strict adherence to dispatch timelines

Failure to comply may result in penalties or account action.

Gold Gini manages:

• Logistics pickup
• Transportation
• Last-mile delivery to customers

Vendors are not responsible for delivery, only for packing and dispatch.

Commission is determined based on:

• Product category (each category must have a distinct trademark)
• Participation in promotions

There are no hidden charges. Platform commission and applicable RTO charges are automatically deducted before vendor payout.

Vendor payouts are processed as per the settlement cycle mentioned on the platform. Payments are made only to the vendor's verified bank account.

Gold Gini reserves the right to withhold settlements in cases of:

• Policy violations
• Excessive returns
• Fraudulent activity
• Customer complaints under investigation

Vendors must submit valid and accurate documents, including:

All documents must be clear, valid, and submitted during onboarding.

Failure to provide or maintain valid documentation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Listing removal
• Account termination

Vendors are solely responsible for:

• Product catalogue accuracy
• Product descriptions and content
• Pricing
• Stock availability

Prohibited, counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products are strictly not allowed.

Vendors must comply with:

• GST and tax regulations
• Accurate tax invoicing
• Trademark registration for each product
• Product safety standards

For product safety:

• MSDS is mandatory
• COA is required to verify product quality and composition

Poor performance, repeated order cancellations, or high return rates may lead to:

• Reduced product visibility
• Penalties
• Account suspension

Gold Gini is not liable for:

• Vendor inventory issues
• Manufacturing defects
• Delays caused by vendors
• Customer disputes arising from vendor actions

By registering and selling on Gold Gini, vendors confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions.
