1. User Account, Password & Security
- When you create an account on GoldGini (Gold Gini / gold gini), it is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- If you provide false, outdated, or incomplete information, your account may be suspended or terminated.
- GoldGini may temporarily suspend your account if suspicious or unauthorized activity is detected.
- Your mobile number is your primary ID. Please ensure it is always updated and verified with OTP.
- You are responsible for updating any changes in your mobile number or email address.
- If you share your account with others, you accept full responsibility for any actions taken through your account.
- If your account remains inactive for a long period (e.g., 3-4 years), it may be permanently deleted for security and privacy reasons.
2. Services Offered
- GoldGini provides online services including the purchase of makeup, beauty products, and accessories from trusted brands.
- Payments may be made using the various payment options available on the platform.
- Every purchase is subject to specific policies including cancellation, exchange, and return listed in the FAQ section.
- Products returned must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.
- Used or damaged products will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
- If you refuse to accept a returned shipment, you will not be eligible for a refund.
- Certain products may have special terms mentioned on their product page.
- GoldGini attempts to provide accurate product descriptions but does not guarantee that all content will be error-free or fully accurate.
3. Platform for Transactions and Communication
- Gold Gini only provides a platform where users (buyers and sellers) can connect and transact. It does not control or participate in any transaction between them.
- All terms like price, payment, delivery, and warranty are decided solely between the buyer and seller.
- Gold Gini does not guarantee the quality, value, or availability of any product or service.
- Gold Gini is not responsible for delays, non-performance, or contract breaches by users.
- Gold Gini holds no ownership, rights, or liabilities over any product sold.
- If a product’s price or details are incorrect due to a technical or seller error, the seller may cancel the order.
- You agree to release Gold Gini from any liability arising from other users’ actions or information shared on the platform.
4. User Conduct and Rules on the Platform
- When using our platform, you agree to follow these rules:

- Do not upload, post, or share anything illegal, offensive, harmful, or misleading.
- Do not use someone else’s information, photos, or content without permission.
- Do not spread spam, fake news, or promote illegal activities.
- Do not violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Do not use fake names, phone numbers, or addresses.
- Do not misuse vouchers, return wrong items, or place bulk or fraudulent orders.
- Do not try to hack, access restricted areas, or use bots and scripts to collect data.
- Do not impersonate anyone or pretend to represent another person or company.
Fraud or Misuse Examples
- Your account may be flagged or suspended if:
- You use invalid details or fail to verify payment information.
- You misuse vouchers or return fake or used products.
- You place multiple bulk or resale orders.
- You repeatedly request refunds without valid reasons.
- Do not use fake names, phone numbers, or addresses.

- Do not impersonate anyone or pretend to represent another person or company.
Legal Compliance
- Always follow Indian laws, IT Act rules, and other applicable regulations while using the platform. Do not list or sell any restricted or illegal items.
User Content
- If you post comments, reviews, or content:
- Be respectful and avoid harassment or abuse.
- Share genuine opinions only.
- You are responsible for your own posts; we are not liable for user-generated content.
- Gold Gini Credits:
- Can only be used from your registered account.
- Cannot be transferred or withdrawn.
- Will be forfeited if your account is terminated for misuse.
- Gold Gini may cancel or block any account or order that violates these rules.
5. Content on the Platform
- All text, images, videos, graphics, logos, sounds, and artwork (“Content”) on the Platform may include material created by users or third parties. Gold Gini does not control or take responsibility for this user-generated content, as we only act as an intermediary.
- By posting or sharing any content on the Platform, you grant Gold Gini full worldwide rights to use it forever. This includes the right to use, modify, display, promote, or create new works from your content, in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
- You may download and use information about products or services available on the Platform only if you:
- Keep all copyright or ownership notices intact.
- Use it only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not modify the information or share it publicly.
- Do not make false claims or warranties about it.
- If you return or cancel an order that used a special offer and your order value falls below the minimum required amount, you will no longer qualify for that offer. Any cashback already received will be deducted from your refund amount.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
- All products, materials, and services available on the Platform are provided “as is” and “as available.” This means Gold Gini does not make any promises or guarantees unless clearly stated in writing that:
- The Platform will always be available or work without interruptions.
- All information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or free from errors.
- Products sold on the Platform are subject to various state laws. If a seller cannot deliver a product because of legal restrictions in a particular state, the amount you paid (if any) will be refunded or credited back to you.
- When placing an order, you must provide a valid phone number. By doing so, you agree that Gold Gini may contact you via calls or SMS for updates about your order, shipment, or delivery. We will not use your phone number for any promotional or marketing messages.
7. Payment
- When you make a payment on the Platform, please note:
- Gold Gini is not responsible for any payment failure, declined transactions, or authorization issues.
- All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Transactions in other currencies are not supported.
- Before shipping your order, the Seller may ask you to provide ID or address proof to confirm that you own the payment method used. This helps keep online shopping safe for everyone.
Payment Process
- Payments are handled directly between the Buyer and the Seller. Gold Gini only provides a payment facility to help complete the transaction - it is not a bank or financial service provide Gold Gini is not responsible for:
- Non-delivery or delay of products
- Product damage or quality issues
- Refunds or after-sales services
- By using the payment facility, you agree that Gold Gini acts only as an independent intermediary and does not guarantee the identity or reliability of Buyers or Sellers.
Buyer Payments
- When you make a purchase, you enter a binding contract with the Seller.
- You must pay the full transaction amount through your bank or chosen payment method.
- You can request a refund if your product is not delivered within the promised time, as long as you raise the claim within the time mentioned in the policies.
- Refunds are made only in INR through the same payment method or an approved bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS).
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via electronic transfer.
- Refunds are subject to verification and may be denied in case of misuse.
Transaction Limits & Security
- Gold Gini may limit the number or value of transactions for security reasons.
- Transactions may be declined if there’s a history of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- “Cash on Delivery” may not be available for some users at Gold Gini’s discretion.
- If any transaction seems suspicious, may Gold Gini delay or cancel payment confirmation.
Compliance with Laws
- If your order is worth ₹2,00,000 or more, you must upload a valid PAN card within 4 days of purchase. If not provided or if there’s a mismatch in details, the order will be cancelled.
- Both Buyers and Sellers must follow all applicable Indian laws, including:
- FEMA, IT Act, Money Laundering Act, Customs Act, and Income Tax Act.
- RBI rules and government export-import regulations.
