Cancellation
- Cancellation before your order gets shipped (Only valid on orders that are placed and delivered in India)
- If the order that you have placed has not shipped yet then you can cancel your order by following these routes:-
Via'My Orders' section
- Go to your account > Click on 'Orders' > Go to the order you want to cancel and select 'Order Details' > Click on 'Cancel Item' > Select the item(s) in your order that you would like to cancel and provide the reason for cancellation and 'Confirm' > Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled and your refund will be processed.
- Via the Help Centre
- Click on 'Have a Concern' > 'Write To Us' > 'Submit a Request' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel your order. > Our service representative will review your query and revert in 24 hours.
- Via Email or Call
- You can send an email to our customer support team at support@goldginni.com to cancel your order along with your order ID details. Or you can call us on 18002120016 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6PM)
How will you get the refunded amount after your cancellation order and how long does it take to complete the whole process?
- In case of any type of cancellation before the shipment is done, we can initiate the refund within the span of 24 to 48 business hours after receiving your request of cancellation.
- In case of cancellation, once the shipment has already been dispatched and it is in return process, we continue the refund process once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

How will you receive your refund and how long will it take?
- If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours of receiving your cancellation request.
- If your order is cancelled after dispatch or is being returned, the refund process will begin once the product is received and verified at our warehouse.
- For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the original source within 24-48 business hours after verification. It may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.
- COD refunds are not applicable for pre-dispatch cancellations. In post-dispatch cases, the refund will be processed to your bank account after product verification. Please allow up to 5 business days for the amount to reflect.
- Goldgini does not offer wallet refunds for cancelled orders.
Discount Codes & Loyalty Points
- Discount codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be reissued after cancellation.
- If loyalty points were used, they will be credited back to your account after the cancellation is successfully processed.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds - India
- Goldgini follows an Easy Return Policy. You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. Partial returns for selected items in an order are also accepted.
How to initiate a return request:
Option 1: Via Website
- Go to Account - Orders - Have a Concern and select your reason.
Option 2: Via Help Centre
- Submit a request with your order details along with clear images of the product and invoice.
Option 3: Via Email
- Write to our support team within 15 days of delivery.
- Once approved, the product will be picked up. Refunds or replacements are processed only after the item reaches our warehouse in its original, sealed condition with barcodes intact.
- Note: Replacement is subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
- Products damaged due to misuse or overuse
- Missing or damaged original packaging/tags/freebies
- Tampered serial numbers
- Used or altered items
- Requests raised after 15 business days
- Free gifts included with the order
- Customised and personal care appliances (due to hygiene)
- Special sale periods may have different policies, as highlighted on the banner.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product Received
- If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, initiate a return or replacement request within 15 days using one of the options above. Our team will arrange for pickup and proceed after verification.
- Free Gifts & Partial Returns
- Any free gift included must be returned along with the main product.
- Partial returns are allowed, but items must be returned complete, unused and intact.
Refund Timeline for Returned Orders
- Once the returned item is received and verified:
- Prepaid orders - Refunded to original source within 24-48 hours (may take 5 business days to reflect)
- COD orders - Refunded via bank transfer within 24-48 hours of verification
- A refund via Goldgini store credits/coupons may also be offered as a faster alternative.
